This company had very little social media presence when I started working with them. During my time there, I helped to grow the Facebook subscriber base by over 16 times the original number.
One of the main goals of social media for this company was to drive traffic to the website. We accomplished this, making social media traffic a close second to Google. In fact, social media even outranked Google on some months.
Interaction was key to help growing this brand. The community was very close, and many people carried out conversions through our social media platforms. We garnered this in an Ambassador program, which allowed the community to post on our site and then share that content on their personal social media accounts.
